I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon
Interview
Four rounds with each lasting for an hour. Mostly examples from work ex based on leadership principles. Not very tough but the interviewers asked a lot of follow up questions to know more about each response. Bluffing will prove expensive. They ask about all the points written in your CV so make sure you spend adequate time in brushing up all that you have written. They may come up with some hypothetical situations as well to test your response and culture fit.
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.

very standard. the interviewers had a set of questions to ask about the LPs so we can anticipate beforehand. But I think I got ghosted in the end. One of the interviewers told me about the 2 & 5 rule but its been more than 2 weeks since my last interview and still no response from anyone so idk what happened.
