I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at American Income Life (Concord, CA) in Feb 2020
Interview
RUN RUN RUN. I did not submit an application for this company, I was called and asked to schedule an interview for a management position because they liked my resume, with promises of a yearly salary north of 50k. After hanging up I was confused when I realized they advertised the company as Globe Life, rather than American Income Life, which I found as the first of many weird red flags. I show up for the interview the next day and have a 1 on 1 interview with a hiring manager where they ask the most surface level questions, more or less to prove you're not committing identity theft. After 5 minutes of this, they sat me in a conference room with 5 other candidates where a former NFL player (generally another red flag in companies like this) led a 2 hour powerpoint presentation where I realized that I was fully lied to. The promise of a yearly salary and even the actual position they offered me over the phone were not on the table. Instead they spent 2 hours telling me about an insurance sales position who goes door to door during evenings (when actual people are home from work) on 100% commission. They promise 5-6 figure salaries based on shady projections of how often you'll complete a sale, and upward growth within the company eventually reaching the management position I was lead to believe I was already there to interview for. On top of all that, they make YOU pay for the training (upward of $200). It's one thing if they can't afford to train you, but to force you to pay for your own license is just scummy and it's not the behavior of a good company.
If you decide to work here after reading this I feel sorry for you. The company is a scam and if you have any form of experience or dignity, you're better off taking your talents elsewhere.
They will ask you several behavior questions, then they will give you an info session. After this, they will give you a final round interview. After this, they will ask you to accept this position.

Interview
Interview process was very smooth and was very informative. Decided not to move forward but seems like a good opportunity. Got another opportunity with base pay so decided on that one.
