I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at American Income Life in Feb 2010
Interview
I met the employers in Dallas at a job fair. They were very informative and helpful in giving a clear and concise projection of what AIL is all about. They gave me thier contact information after I told them where I was at in life and what my future plans were. Later that day, I recieved an email with a time and place for an interview. It was a group interview, it was very informative. The next process was a one on one interview.

I interviewed at American Income Life (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.
I interviewed at American Income Life (Las Vegas, NV)
Interview
Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
