I had several phone screen interviews with the recruiter, hiring manager, and team member. I also took some osrt of online assessement. Then I visited AZ for an on-site interview with a panel of 4 people. They made me feel relaxed so I wasn't too nervouse even though it wsa a panel interview. They were very rigid in the portion of the interview asking behavioral questions using the STAR (Situation, Task, Actions, Results). They prep you for the interview with a document describing their behavioral interview process. Make sure you study this document.
