Interview
First there was a phone interview with the HR. Then there was a second phone interview with one of the manager. Then they invited for in person interview. The duration of in person interview was 2.5 hour and it was with 4 people. Following the in person interview they again asked for phone interview!

Phone call followed by 2 rounds of interview in person. intially hiring manager called and asked few questions and later called in for the in person interview. 2 half days were taken for the in person interview. about 10 people interviwed from operations, stats, regulatory, clinical and safety. did background checks, asked for 3 references and gave an offer in about 2 weeks. got offer letter
