I applied on indeed & heard back from them 3 days later (Fri-Mon) to schedule a phonecall. Then a video appointment was scheduled where they said I would hear back from them by a week from that date. They called me back with a job opportunity that day!

One phone interview and one zoom interview before on-board intake begins (physical, history, etc). Hiring process depends on how soon you complete documents and turning in info. If you are on top of tasks it will go a lot faster. Someone is always available to answer questions.

It was virtual and didn’t last too long . They asked about experience and what I was looking for from a BCBA position . They went over the role and what the clinic setting looks like. It was an easy interview and they made it clear what they were looking for. After they sent an email asking for references . Then they called to offer the job to me.
