Autism Spectrum Therapies Interview Questions

I applied on indeed & heard back from them 3 days later (Fri-Mon) to schedule a phonecall. Then a video appointment was scheduled where they said I would hear back from them by a week from that date. They called me back with a job opportunity that day!

The Interview was a 2 step process, with one over the phone and the other taking place through a zoom call. They answered any questions I had about my position through that zoom call (lasted about 25 mins)

A phone call with the recruiter followed by a zoom interview by a clinical interviewer. The call was asking me about why I wanted to work in the field and what my background was while the zoom was more informational

Interview through zoom and all questions were easy to answer. Questions on dealing with behaviors and experience in ABA. How many years do you have with children with autism and dealing with rough behaviors

One phone interview and one zoom interview before on-board intake begins (physical, history, etc). Hiring process depends on how soon you complete documents and turning in info. If you are on top of tasks it will go a lot faster. Someone is always available to answer questions.

8 simple video interview questions through a website called Sparkhire. Each question allowed unlimited time to think of your answer and re-record it, but only one minute of time allowed per answer.

It was virtual and didn’t last too long . They asked about experience and what I was looking for from a BCBA position . They went over the role and what the clinic setting looks like. It was an easy interview and they made it clear what they were looking for. After they sent an email asking for references . Then they called to offer the job to me.

Super easy and clear. I had a phone call and a zoom interview. The people I talked to The questions weren't that hard, they just wanted to get to know you and your experience.

2 interviews. One over the phone and one on zoom. There may have been more but I did not not make it that far in the process. I did not decide to continue going into that field.

The interview was really efficient and fast. Questions were relevant and common to verify if skills satisfy the position such as strengths, weaknesses, why choose the company, and specific questions related to the job such as comfort level on children with pervasive developmental disorders.
