It was smooth, got updates about the next round well in advance. Was also told the topics which will be discussed, but they never matched. So its kind of flawed.
One hour long screening interview followed by 9 30 minute stakeholder interviews. It was a very straightforward but long process- taking over a month from start to finish. Met with product, business development, program management and operations stakeholders.

seriously???? didn't know this is the filtering process. could have been very helpful if they'd mention it in their job description. wouldn't have wasted my time. and of course, their mode of communication is either ghosting or submarining. never heard from them. thankful for it!
