I met a recruiter at a school career fair who set me up with an in person interview the next day. I attended their 2 day assessment center a few weeks later. The questions asked were very behavioral, no engineering skill tests. They got back to me very quickly between each of the phases in my interviewing process. The assessment center had a lot of team building events as well as networking opportunities, tours of their facilities, and a pretty straightforward case study. I enjoyed the collaborative environment they tried to foster between candidates, even though we were technically competing against each other. I received a call the Monday after the assessment center with an offer.
