The interview process took about a month due to the availability of the team. The on site interview took a full day and met with people from different parts of the organization. Every person focused on one of the core values of the company and centered their questions around that. Overall, the interview process was easy and it provided a well rounded perspective on the company and the position.
I was offered the position but declined due to the salary offered. It was much lower than the salary requirements I had shared with multiple HR personnel throughout the interview process. There seemed to have been some miscommunication/misunderstanding within the organization regarding the base salary offered to new employees vs the range salary of the position. I was a bit disappointed by this since I was very transparent regarding my salary requirements.
