The first interview was a behavioral interview that lasted about 30 minutes and was on campus. The interview questions were all standardized; he was reading them off of the paper and writing down notes based on your response. So, no questions from my resume. A few of the questions were, "Tell me about a time you were in an ethical dilemma and how you handled it?", "Who has been an inspiration to your life, and how so?" "Tell me about a long term project that you have recently completed."
It was fairly easy, but then again, I did prepare by reading a tough interview question book and the BB&T philosophy and values (to which I incorporated into my answers). Hope I get a call back
