I applied through college or university. I interviewed at BJ's Restaurants (San Diego, CA)
Interview
It was very cool and interesting and super fun to work with people. They asked detailed but also general to of questions that could be specific to past experience. Also how I deal with customers like if I am patient of not.
Was fairly easy just asked about experiences, how you work in a fast paced environment, when to involve the manger, etc what other restaurants you worked at, what kind of food do they serve
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at BJ's Restaurants (Desert Ridge, AZ) in May 2023
Interview
I had 3 interviews total. One with an assistant manager, one with the service manager, and one with the GM of the store. Overall, the process was really easy they ask some fairly standard questions (tell me about yourself, what's your experience look like, etc.) There were only a few questions before the interview was over so naturally it only lasted about 15-20 minutes. The 2nd round of interviews was the most unorganized, they didn't seem to know where my application was and they kept asking some things over because they didn't communicate amongst each other which is disappointing to see. Not a huge deal, but something to keep in mind.
