Applied for Global Markets and online and asked to complete an online assessment including the switch test. Answered motivational questions and then if successful in that, asked for a telephone interview with HR.

Question 1
Motivational questions, e,g, why BNPP? Why GM? Situational questions and also recent news stories that affect markets that you have been following.
It was a 30 mins zoom call. They were asking questions about my cv, previous work experience, why I choose my degree, what I'm passionate about, why them, commercial awareness etc
Asked around 6 behavioural questions, typical things for a spring week. No technical knowledge required although they asked for a story in markets that you are interested in. Good luck
It was OT with shapes (it's easy once you get a few practice in) and then an a phone interview, general stuff like behavorial questions and questions relating to the company's values, eg. sustainability and renewable energy.
