Worst interview experience ever! The questions were all behavioral, multi-part questions, and all focused on leading teams or people. This was an entry level position. Difficult to connect with interviewer. She asked the questions and there was silence after responses, with no acknowledgement, conversation, etc.
After the application, recruiter usually schedules and interview through email. Then the recruiter interview takes place. This is later on followed by the team interview. The screening call with recruiter usually lasts for about 20 mins.
