Interview
It was a very nice and easy going process. When you fill lout the App. they give you an immediate "5 minute" interview, to decide if you should go on to a full interview with the Store Manager. At that point they set an appointment.

Question 1
The interview is standard, where have you worked before, can you work on your feet for 6 hours? Can you lift so many pounds. etc.They ask about prior retail experience, but you don't need to have had any. Ask if you can work on your feet for six hours.
