On phone interview for 30 minutes. The manager was friendly and asked about my experience and asked me what i was interested in learning the most. He asked me questions about my thinking process and what made me interested in getting into QNX Blackberry.

What is a kernel and what do you know about operating systems and C
After phone call interview from HR. HR suggested to prepare well on C/C++. But, the 2nd interview was completely on Software Testing, Kernel related question, Networking, Routing Protocols. Felt easy. But, they are expecting more of bookish answers which I don't remember. No questions about yourself but just some pre-set of questions

it was well organized and interviewers were very friendly. They knew exactly what they were doing and what kind of person they'd like hire. They focused on tech skills, communication skill, team work and so on.
