Email request for interview with HR Rep. 10 min discussion with HR, standard - asked me my salary, instead I asked them for the range, HR said she didn't know, to ask Hiring Mgr. 30 min interview with Hiring Mgr - asked me my salary request, I asked the salary range, she told me she didn't know, and I needed to talk to the HR recruiter. (you see where this went, yes) --- lying to candidates in an interview, for me, is a nonstarter. HR called to say range, very annoyed -- "it is $X and you dont get the year-end bonus" X was $30% below market, they lied to me, and the recruiter was unprofessional.

Within 2 weeks of applying, HR recruiter called me for a pre screening. Director then called me for a phone interview prior to inviting me to in person interviews. These interviews were 1 in 1 with manager, director and VP. This while process took 1 month. After a week of being interviewed, Manager wrote me an email to offer me the job. He told me that HR will reach out to me for the offer letter. It was a very pleasant experience
