The competition for this position is very high and for good reason. They pay well, train well, and have a mentoring system set up to help the employee be successful. Over 400 people apply every year. The questions are mostly behaviorally based. They are looking for certain characteristics as well as the ability to present ideas in a structured manner. As my first interview of this type it was nerve racking but I learned from the process.
