Interview
I was called 1 month later, I called and then a regional manager called me and set up an interview. I entered with the regional manager and she said to go to other Bojangles and see how I felt and email or call her. I did exactly that and emailed her back and she called me and told me she was referring me to the Unit Director to the store. I got an 2nd interview and I got the job contingent to the back ground and drug test.

Interview
Was asked would I be willing to become manager for mostly night shift. Was told I would make more than other managers since I will be completely nights which was a complete lie. I was paid the least of all the managers there even ones who became managers after me.

Met with the unit director. She was very friendly and informative. Told me about what the job entailed in detail. She was able to answer all of my questions. It was not a nerve wrecking interview at all.
