HR screening then interview with department. The interview process was phone and then zoom video conference. It was pretty fast since they were hiring urgently, I was invited for another interview but declined due to the budget they had for the role being far below what I was looking for.

15 minute phone screening as the very first round. Spoke with HR, was asked some basic questions along the lines of “tell me about yourself” and “why do you want to work at BCH?”

“do you have experience working with doctors and how do you communicate with them?”
Did a call with HR, was not a great experience. She emailed me to schedule a call, never received a call. I sent a follow up email letting her know that I rescheduled for another day. She proceeded to call on a different day than I scheduled, and rushed the interview too.

In my experience, every step of the process was very smooth and my recruiter was very communicative with updates and scheduling interview times. All of the staff I had interacted with throughout my interviews were very friendly and informative
