I applied through the company website and was contacted shortly afterward by a recruiter to set up a phone screen. The phone screen was simple and really pleasant - I got great vibes from the recruiter throughout the whole process. I then had a phone call with the hiring manager who was also friendly and fun to talk with. I ultimately didn't progress further in the process, which I think is for the best, but the experience was awesome overall. If it's any indication of their culture, I think working there would be a blast.
