First interview was with a recruiter that was really nice and very detailed on describing the job and the details of the interview process. Second interview was with the sales manager. The process with this second interview was extremely difference, because it sales manager overlooked my resume and asked me that I have any questions about the position. I asked about three questions, and he said well I guess it's my turn to ask questions. I was asked maybe two behavioral questions, and then I was asked did I have any other questions for him. I also had a referral for the position as well. I did get the feeling, from comments made by the sales manager, that he already had someone in mind for the position, so he did come off very disinterested in learning more about me and my background.
