Great interview process with medium to difficult questions. There were two rounds that were conducted. There was also a written assessment as part of the hiring process. The last round was the HR Round where Salary discussion took place

Interview
The interview process was very fast. All the interview rounds were well designed and testing all the required skills. There were no repetitive questions. Candidate's time is valued. I was given an opportunity to ask the questions and the managers made it a point to answer them in detail.

Interview
The interview process was good. I have took my time to attend three rounds of interview. I was selected and was given the offer letter after which I got an email saying my candidature was rejected because of BG verification. I was totally shocked as I was selected was Accenture, TCS, and many more top MNCs and through to the BG. But, with Capgemini I don't. I asked them as what was wrong, I texted, tried to call, and even sent mails. But none was responsive. It's a negligence behaviour by Capgemini to not to respond to the person whom you followed up scheduled the interviews, and then put him in the dark.
