Interview
First they had aptitude test consisting of aptitude logical reasoning and verbal sections. The questions were simple but time was limited so have to hurry up and builds up pressure. Once you qualify the aptitude there are GD session on the same day. The moderator was very polite.
The results were declared that same day for interview, and we're carried out next day.
My PI went on for an hour, it included technical question as well as some logical reasoning questions. The interviewer was co operative. So just be confident of what you are answering also good communication skills helps.
My Capgemini interview process included aptitude, coding, technical, and HR rounds. I solved programming problems, answered questions on Java, DBMS, OOPs, and networking, and discussed my projects, internships, and strengths. The interviewers were professional and friendly. The experience improved my confidence, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and technical knowledge.

The interview process went very smoothly and was well organized. It included 2 technical rounds, 1 managerial round, and 1 HR round. The technical interviews focused on Java, Spring Boot, APIs, database concepts, and problem-solving skills. The interviewers were professional, supportive, and provided enough time to explain answers clearly. The managerial and HR rounds were also comfortable and mainly focused on communication, project experience, and overall fit for the role. Overall, it was a positive and professional interview experience.
