I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capgemini (Mumbai) in Sep 2016
Interview
They were quite lenient about the procedure. First they took Aptitude test on general basis as a elimination round and then they went for technical and HR interviews in which they asked about all the projects I had done till now and about my hobbies. They even told me the procedure of the training period and gave the option for choosing the branch as I wish. also they told me about future opportunities in capgemini in pre-placement talk.
