I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Capgemini
Interview
Everything was pretty nice. The interviewers were quite friendly and asked question from the subjects which we had studied at college. It consisted of 3 rounds.
1. Aptitude round - where we were asked to solve questions from quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning and English. Questions were not difficult.
2. Technical round - In this round questions were asked from c,c++ and java and the basics of computer. It consisted of questions from the subjects we studied at college.
3. HR round - This was basically to test my communication skills. Questions like "What are your achievements?", "Tell me something about yourself" , etc.
2 round process, 1st is the assessment round, then comes the interview round.
The interview round had questions just like any other govt job exam but an easier version which includes maths reasoning, english grammar. On clearing that we get info on the second round which is the hr round.
The interview process is a multi-step, structured hiring procedure used by organizations to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Common steps include initial screening calls, technical tests, multiple rounds of interviews (panel or one-on-one), and final selection. It is designed to match qualified talent to job requirements.
