There are people working in capgemini who can't even define AD and he has hired them and a person who is ITIL ,MCSE certified are ignored. A person who has good amount of exp. is not hired but they will wait for less exp. guy for 1 month to join their hopeless team. I think Capgemini managers should intervene and correct it. they took 2 weeks for the whole process. It's a good company to work with some people like Shiv are spoiling good will of the co.
