Resume submission followed by screening process and phone call interview on job skill assessment and other related assessments. Post which 1:1 session conducted with the BU lead who guided me through the overall organization and workflow details. There was also a screening process wherein I had to take part in a quiz/online overall assessment. Overall it was a very well planned and organized approach for an interview process.
