I applied through referral program in Capgemini. After applying in one day I got call from Capgemini for interview. Interview was done online and got call from HR in two days for further discussion of salary and location. In two days I got mail for verification of documents and had to take an online test (English grammar related and letter writing) After two days I got offer letter from Capgemini. Total process was smooth.
The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening followed by a technical interview. The discussion focused on my articleship experience, accounting concepts, financial reporting, reconciliation, month-end close activities, Excel skills, and behavioural questions. The interviewer was professional and the overall process was smooth.

2 interviews, 1 behavioral, which was very casual just describing yourself, and the other technical, they give you a scenario and they ask you what would you do, for example how would you come up with a solution for a keeping track of cars in a parking lot
