Interviews were conducted very smoothly. A proper schedule was provided and followed for the interview No delays were made. Continue reminders from the HR team were sent . Everything was organised in a top notch manner. Received great experience

Process was well organised
The interview was conducted online using the HireVue platform. It started with several questions about the candidate's background. Later, the process focused on complex business scenarios and essential soft skills assessments.
It was typical interview. Nothing too hard. Both a technical and behavioral interview was conducted. They asked things like why do you want to work at capgemini. I did not receive any offer.
