I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capgemini (Mumbai) in Nov 2014
Interview
The first step was general aptitude which had questions related to quant, english and reasoning subject areas. It had negative marking so difficult to crack through. The second step was technical telephonic interview and then the HR interview.
