      I applied online. I interviewed at Capgemini (Bengaluru) in May 2025

      Interview

      The interview process was structured, transparent, and professionally managed. It began with an initial HR screening, where I was asked about my background, experience, notice period, and salary expectations. HR Round: Duration: ~15-20 minutes Covered basic details, role expectations, and availability. Technical Rounds: Duration:30-45 minutes Questions focused on my core skills such as Windows/Linux Administration, VMware, Red Hat scripting. Scenario-based and problem-solving questions were asked, testing both practical and theoretical knowledge. Discussion focused on project experience, incident handling, and process understanding patching, automation, ITIL practices. Final HR/Offer Discussion: Talked about salary structure, benefits, joining date, and any documents required. Overall, the interview process was smooth and gave me clarity about the role and expectations. Communication from the recruitment team was timely and helpful.
