I met them at the Texas A&M University's Engineering Career Fair. They called me later that day and set up an interview for the very next day for a CO-OP position. It was a very easy and straight forward phone interview that lasted around 20 minutes. The interviewer asked the standard behavioral questions. With one business related question thrown in.

The interviewer was nice, and we had a good conversation. The interview lasted about 45 minutes. I was contacted very soon after with a job offer.
