Very friendly in initial screening process. Technical interview requires serious thought on processing standards in industry. Come prepared with background of upstream and downstream processing details relating to cell culture and viral transfection.

Interview
The hr interview was an open first round interview. Very brief, but a screen for a second round interview also with HR, that was significantly longer. Transparent throughout the process and respectful of scheduling.
