First round was with HR and they sent me list of questions before second round. The second round was with the managers in upstream and downstream going over my resume

Interview
The hr interview was an open first round interview. Very brief, but a screen for a second round interview also with HR, that was significantly longer. Transparent throughout the process and respectful of scheduling.

As a contractor, I was first interviewed by my agency. About a month later, they arranged a formal interview with the client company. The company was highly accommodating, offering flexibility to align with my tight schedule; I was even able to complete the interview during my lunch break. One to two weeks later, I received feedback from my agency
