It was quick, without further explanation for the decision. Please read the questions below, it felt the recruiter was looking for a bargain employee, than a talent that can contribute to the company

Question 1
The recruiter , S*** M***** asked the following. Can you confirm current salary? What is your salary expectation? How long is your notice period? I did not answer confirm your current salary. I felt its confidential and why would you disclose your salary after you are being paid by skills and experience. There was no initial interview even and they are already asking these. I honestly answered the 2 remaining questions. Mentioning that I would like to know more about the company and the position I just notification the next day that the application is rejected.

2 Rounds
I round is round with manager
In 1st round they checked you for team fitment and ask questions related to soft skills
II round is technical round where they ask questions out of box so that candidate can't even answer. Basically they conduct this round to not hire you and waste your time.
They don't care about anything they just conducts interviews for rejection.
Please don't get interviewed at this company anytime in your life you'll regret it.
