Interview
Three rounds of group interviews. No need for business related background or degree. The company really cares about your personal and inter-personal qualities. It is important to be able to stand out in these group interviews, but definitely not through bad-mouthing other candidates.

What was one of the biggest challenges you've faced in your life? How did you overcome it?
First round interview was a 30 minute phone call with the questions you would expect. Tell me about yourself/ behavioral questions. Also should have some talking points on the industry.
5 to 6 people in a group interview - case study and business awareness. Have sufficient time to study the material. Last for 3 hours in Total. 2 interviewee would ask follow up questions. Quite causal.
