Interview Experience Overview:
I recently went through a three-round interview process, which included:
Technical Round – A detailed 45-minute technical discussion, which I cleared successfully.
Technical + Management Round – Unfortunately, this round was disappointing. Despite having a fair conversation and answering the questions well, my candidature was dropped after just 2-3 questions by an interviewer with 15 years of experience, who lacked professionalism.
HR Round – Did not reach this stage due to the unfair rejection in Round 2.
Final Thoughts:
Even if you clear the first technical round, the selection process in the second round seems arbitrary, making it feel like a waste of time. If decisions are made based on just a couple of questions, the purpose of having a detailed technical round beforehand becomes questionable. I would not recommend interviewing with this company.
