Online application, test to make sure your values align with theirs then relatively informal one-on-one in person interview. Asked about my CV and how my experience was relevant, what I would like to do in the future and why I applied for the job.
They made me wait for over 20 minutes after I arrived 5 minutes earlier. When a manager begin to interview me about some questions,but no behaviour questions or experience questions.

Interview
One on one interview, gave a large amount of varied what-if scenarios which I had to navigate well and describe adequetly. After which I was given a large amount of general questions centering on how well I would work in a team of people and how the position I was applying for suited me.

Submitted my resume online and then got a request to complete the test to check competence and how good are your customer service skills and then face to face interview at the store location with the manager
