This a very long drawn out process with poor communication and feedback. The initial interviews with upper management were professional, but at the end of the interview process it made you rethink if this is worth the effort to interview to sell a product that is hard to get excited about in a competitive industry.
- Do you see yourself making a 100 calls a day in a very competitive industry.

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Columbus, OH
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at ComDoc (Columbus, OH) in Jul 2019
Extremely thorough, very long process. I believe I had 6 interviews over a couple months, flew in to meet them at their HQ. The SW Ohio people seem very down-to-Earth. There is a massive disconnect between the branches/corporate (in my personal opinion. I didn't take the position so I could be mistaken.) The local interviews were great,HR Director was great, as well. Unfortunately things kind of fell apart when I flew to meet them in Canton. It was an odd experience that I couldn't shake. Overall I suspect it's probably a great company to work for, but it wasn't for me.
- Mostly questions about sales process, ability to interact with others.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ComDoc
Great initial interview, great people- I had hiccups from my background but was still offered the position. They told me to put my two weeks in and gave me a start date- after I did that, they called me the next week and said they couldn’t hire me. Quit a great career I already had, now I’m jobless and they don’t care. Tread carefully
- Explain a challenge you had to overcome

Anonymous Employee in Cuyahoga Falls, OH
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at ComDoc (Cuyahoga Falls, OH) in Sep 2018
The interview process was inept. Interviewed with two supervisors at once on Monday. Then Wednesday I interviewed with another person who was very disinterested about being there. Was told that they would have a decision on Friday. I heard nothing about their decision so I called on Tuesday and left a message with the manager. I heard nothing so I called and left another message on Thursday with the manager. I heard nothing about their decision for two weeks. Then I received an email from an agency acting on ComDoc's behalf They requested me to consent to a background check and schedule a hair follicle drug test. I called their HR department to confirm if that they ordered it. I was told that they did, but they were not offering me the job yet. I did everything and heard nothing for two weeks. Then I received another email to schedule a 10 panel urine test which I did. Three days later I got an email from HR and they offered me the position.
- They asked if I could get dirty.

I applied online, and was called to setup an interview time. I arrived and interviewed with the Lead Field Technician and the Service Manager. Immediately following that interview, they asked me to interview with the Regional Service Manager. They provided me with a background screen form and said someone would call about setting up a drug test. The next morning someone from HR called about references and completing my drug test.

Three step interview process, with a final interview giving a presentation on yourself. the first interview is a phone call. The following is a quick interview detailing the position and what is expected. Then they ask you questions of yourself and how you would fit within the company. They entice you by talking about the commission and sales trips you take for meeting your revenue goals. Finally, you give a presentation of yourself followed by a day in the field with someone from the company.
