Interview
First contact phone interview 12/01/18, Then online test. Then video montage interview. It has been a nightmare trying to get an answer as if they found it or reviewed it yet and the job starts in three weeks. I did receive an e-mail on 12/29/18 stating it was received and forwarded it to the recruiter on 01/15/19. I was told by the recruiter that it would be sent to the supervisor I have heard nothing after that with constant e-mails and phone calls no answers up to todays call 02/05/19

Interview
I am currently internal so I applied online. Had a 15 minute screening call with the recruiter asking basic questions. First interview was with hiring manager. Very conversational with a couple "formal" questions. Second interview with the sales team. More difficult trying to drill down to how I work and why I should be chosen.
Very professional, interviewer was polite, thorough, timely, asked relevant questions. I was made to feel comfortable and I would describe it as a pleasant experience. I would recommend applying for positions with this company

How do you handle difficult/challenging conversations
There was an assessment followed by a phone interview with a recruiter then a virtual panel interview with a senior manager and two supervisors. The phone interview was no more than 20 mins and the panel interview was 45mins. I received an offer after a week.
