Interview
First there was assesment with more than 15 people. Then there was multiple interview with different managers and each manager had their own approach for questions. Then there was a work sample to get a taste of the job and what it comes down to. After that you have to give a presentation with managers asking more qeustions afterwards.

The process is ridiculously long and do not consider your time at all.
During the last interview I met 5 people, which took 2.5h.
If they don't offer you, you don't hear from them which is very disappointing and transactional.

In fact, they are very superficial which can lead to fake assumptions from their side. They show how transactional they are.

I had an hour phone call with the Internal Recruiter.
Next, I had an in person meeting with two of the managers that were mainly behavioral questions and my experience.
Then I had a final meeting a week later to do a presentation about me and they just asked my goals (very money oriented).

If you have an interview you will be redirected to the team that needs your personality. Whether it be for Computer Futures, S3, or Real Staffing. They usually try to introduce you to a manager from each of the teams and they all decide on who wants you and where they see you succeed.
