Connecticut Business Systems interview questions

Very long and many rounds of interviewing. There is a presentation if you make it to that round. its good that this much time and effort is put into interviewing, reviewing, and choosing the quality candidates.

I was referred to CBS by a friend. I reached out to the recruiter and she returned my call quickly. First was the phone interview with the recruiter. It lasted maybe 10-12mins and was pretty basic. Next I completed the Chally personality test. It was lengthy, but personality test, with most companies are almost standard this day in age. My first in person interview was with the company's director of sales. The next step was a ride along with a sales rep so I could experience what I'd be doing on a day-to-day basis. The third and final interview was with a sales manager and the VP of sales, followed by an interview with the president of the company- which required me to do a PowerPoint presentation on a product or service I currently sold. Honestly I was really prepared so I didn't feel nervous during the interview process.
