Applied through linkedin, had a short phone call interview with HR before having a video interview with the line manager. It was a relatively seamless and easy process, no need to write personal statements/ go through proficiency test etc.

El proceso de la entrevista podria describirlo como de dificultad media alta, primero la entrevista fue de una hora completa y toda en ingles, con 2 managers conjuntamente . Adicional a esto, me colocaron una especie de caso analitico y para que explicara y diera la solucio de el mismo en la entrevista y mi razoamiento sobre este.
Firstly, is a hr phone call followed by a hiring manager interview. The interview was quite simple and generic where they just want to get to know you and your capabilities better. As long as you show interest and relevant knowledge in the field you apply, you should do fine.
