I applied online. Received an email about 4 days later. Recruiter asked me to take 2 tests (1 was a personality test, the other was basic knowledge). I then was scheduled with another recruiter to have a phone interview. After that, I received an email a couple of days later to then have another phone interview. I was told I would receive an email with the next steps, but never did. That process took about 3-4 weeks.
