I was contacted by email and had a brief phone interview, then was asked to complete a QA test. Then I received an email saying my test was graded and they would contact me, and I was never contacted again, even after I emailed the recruiter back asking if I was still in consideration. It seems that once this company decides no, they'll never respond even if they said they would.
