3 separate interviews. First is quick phone interview with HR/talent rep, about 30 mins to review resume and ask personality based questions. Second is with your potential manager, more skill based questions. Third is a panel interview, either on Zoom or in person with the leadership team for the area you are applying for. The panel interview will last about an hour, with 45 minutes being given for the panelists to ask questions and the last 15 for the interviewee to ask the panelists questions.
