I meet my manager at a school job fair- overall the interview process was VERY relaxed. They let me know right away that they would like to have me join the team which was encouraging. The first offer did not match my schedule but they called me the next semester and the timing was right.

Digitales Vorstellungsgespräch, sehr zuvorkommend und nett. angenehme Atmosphäre. Lockere Einstiegsfragen und dann fachspezifisch bzw. auf die Position spezifische Fragen. Erst einige Testrunden mit Abgabetests und vorgesprächen. insgesamt sehr guter eindruck von dem unternehmen.

the interview process was fun and very personal a lot of great faces and personalities to be met and everyone was trying to find the perfect candidate for their warehouse. My advice is to make sure you understand your resume and make a story catered for it and focuses on who you are as a person
