I had a quick screening interview on campus, where the majority of the interview was them talking about the structure of the company. They had both their financial analytist as well as an HR employee in the interview. I got asked for a second round interview later in the week, and interviewed at their headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.

Interview
It was the first round of interviews and the person was nice. They did ask some behavioral questions but it was not that stressful. It was more of a conversation-based interview.
