I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at DHL Supply Chain (Mechanicsburg, PA) in Feb 2018
Interview
I first interviewed with staff from a career fair. They were nice and we had a really good dynamic. After that, I had a phone interview with a plant manager. This lasted about 30 min and was also a pleasant experience. After that, I was invited for a plant visit. The whole process was a bit exhausting, honestly. After that, I was told that I would be notified of my status within a few weeks. It has been a month.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DHL Supply Chain (Columbus, OH) in Jan 2016
Interview
I applied and I was asked to set up a phone interview. That went well so later I scheduled an on sight interview at the ASC. I was asked questions in a relatively informal setting in front of managers and directors. They were all very nice there. I liked the environment of the work place right from the start. In about a week I was called and given an offer. I gladly accepted. One of the best decisions I have made.
