Role: 16 months engineering internship
2 round interviews:
1- with mangers
2- with senior director
There is no technical questions, all behavioral questions.
The whole interview is not that hard, but do prepare for it.

-What is your weakness
-there is case at the end to let you choose the optimal location for a company with given information
Behavioral interview questions mostly with a few technical questions. Be prepared to know the supply chain industry in-depth and how it connects to the technology field. Good luck with your interview!

The interview process is a two stage interview. The first stage is an over the phone 30 minute conversation where they go over your background and personal information. The second stage is in person.

Interview
Did a phone interview with 3 heads. All were from industrial engineering, University of Toronto. Really calm, and laid back. They were very nice. Regular behavioral questions, fallowed by a mini case study at the end.
